Akufo-Addo's 8th address  on COVID-19 pandemic Since Ghana recorded its first two cases of the novel  Coronavirus , President  Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo , has been engaging Ghanaians through a regular recorded televised broadcast on measures his government has outlined to combat the spread of the virus.
