Speaking to party supporters and close associates, Awall Ibrahim said his previous electoral defeat has only strengthened his determination to continue serving the party and contributing to the growth of the communication structure within the Oti Region.
According to him, the experience gained from the last election and years of grassroots political communication have prepared him adequately for the task ahead. He believes the Oti Region deserves a vibrant, aggressive, and modern communication system capable of projecting the achievements and vision of the NDC across every constituency and branch in the region.
Awall Ibrahim stated that his ambition is not driven by personal interest, but by his commitment to helping strengthen the party’s media visibility, grassroots engagement, and rapid response communication strategy.
He noted that over the years, he has remained active in party communication, media advocacy, grassroots mobilization, and political campaigns, despite not holding a major office within the regional executive structure.
Supporters of the young communicator describe him as energetic, loyal, hardworking, and deeply connected to the grassroots. Many believe his experience as a media practitioner and political communicator gives him an advantage in understanding the changing media landscape and the importance of digital political communication.
Political observers within the region also argue that Awall Ibrahim represents a new generation of communicators capable of combining traditional political communication with social media influence to promote the image of the NDC more effectively.
Among the key reasons supporters believe he stands out as a strong candidate are:
* His active involvement in party communication and mobilization over the years.
* His strong connection with grassroots members and youth activists.
* His experience in media relations and political messaging.
* His commitment to strengthening digital communication across the region.
* His resilience and determination despite previous setbacks.
* His vision to make the Oti Regional communication team one of the most vibrant and effective in Ghana.
Awall Ibrahim has further pledged to work closely with constituency communicators, branch executives, serial callers, and party activists to build a united and proactive communication front capable of defending the party and promoting government achievements.
He emphasized that unity, discipline, teamwork, and consistency in communication will be central to his agenda if elected.
